Our Huffers
Our business was built around the humble Huffer, a soft wedge shaped bap enriched with butter and milk that's almost extinct from our county today.
We wanted to bring them back and make a name for them again and so Entys Huffers was born. Our secret recipe utilises the best ingredients Essex has to offer and we use both Maldon Sea Salt and Marriages flour from Chelmsford to make them extra tasty. We make and bake each one by hand and add no nasties to our bread, just real honest ingredients.
White, Wholemeal and Super seedy are our menu staples and are available all year around.
